This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via e-mail.

When will my order arrive?
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:

Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
For example, assume that an item ships the next business day and the shipping time will be 5-7 business days. This means that your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 5 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door in about 6 to 8 days after you have placed your order.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?
Orders are shipped together and therefore you should use the longest availability time in calculating the arrival time of your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS Paying by Credit Card
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Paying by Check or Money Order
We gladly accept personal checks, business checks, and money orders. Please note that we cannot ship orders until checks clear. If you wish to pay via check or money order, please call us. We will ship your order once payment is received and your check clears. Please be aware that we reserve the right to impose a $35 fee for checks that bounce.


Paying by Purchase Order
We also accept purchase orders! Purchase orders require an additional day for verification. You will be sent an invoice with net 15 terms once your order ships. Please note that Prodigy Instruments reserves the right to require pre-payment on any purchase order at our discretion. Please call us to order.

Paying by Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments. You can place your order securely on our web site or call us to order. You credit card charge will appear as "Prodigy Instruments LLC" or "Prodigy Instruments."

Sales Taxes

We can accept a Tax Exempt number that can be applied to an order being delivered to an address within Pennsylvania.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Prodigy Instruments LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the ProdigyInstruments.com website shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Prince George's County Maryland.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our preferred carrier for all shipments is the U.S. Postal Service. For expedited service, such as 2nd Day service, we may use UPS.

Whenever possible, if you have opted to provide us with your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your order ships.

Our shipping rates are based on the dimensions and weight of an order. A flat rate that includes handling charges is displayed in the cart of each order. This amount includes a $2.50 handling charge.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays and only offer weekday delivery.

Shipping Times
Standard delivery can take up to 2 weeks.

Rush delivery takes 5 to 7 business days.

UPS 2-Day takes 2 days to businesses and 3 days to residences. Certain delivery areas such as Hawaii and Alaska might take up to three days. These delivery times are specified by UPS.

All delivery times are in addition to the availability of the order

Backordered Items
All orders will be fulfilled once all items contained in the order are ready for shipment. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please send an E-mail to robert@ProdigyInstruments.com or call us at 301-805-9407.

RETURN POLICY Satisfaction Guarantee
Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product in new condition and recieve a full refund.
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product in new condition and recieve a full store credit.

Please note that strings cannot be returned if they have been strung.
Please also note that you will need to first obtain an RMA number by calling 301-805-9407.

Exchanges are Fair and Simple
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it within 14 days after your receive your order. However, you will need to first obtain an RMA number. Your replacement will be shipped to you once we receive the returned item.

Unshipped items
You can also cancel unshipped items by calling us or sending an e-mail to robert@ProdigyInstruments.com.

Procedures for Returning and Exchanging Items
Please do not apply tape to any items that you are returning, as this may result in your return not meeting our resalable criteria. It is pertinent that you place your RMA number on the address label or the outside of the package, as we will not accept any packages without one. In addition, please include a copy of your invoice and the reason with your return, and wrap the package securely. We recommend that you use a carrier with package tracking such as U.S.P.S. Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation, UPS, and FedEx. For your protection, we also suggest that you insure your return or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds generally take 2-3 weeks. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in resalable condition, as defined above. We also reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on returns that do not have an RMA number or received 21 days after an RMA number has been issued.
